Hybrid technology has been added to the new Citroen C5 Aircross line with the "Hybrid 136" version.
The new system, according to "Auto-Express", will combine the 1.2-liter PureTech gasoline engine with the electric motor. The technology enables the two engines together to provide about 135 horsepower.
This model works with a six-speed automatic transmission.
Citreni has said that in the "Hybrid 136" model, there will be a saving of expenses for about 15 percent compared to the previous models.
According to the company, the car will have a price "similar to the C5 Aircross". This means that the model will cost over 30 euros when it goes on sale in the summer.
