Age and payment authorization
By making a prepayment to KOŠA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all the information you have provided is correct and true (including credit card information), and that you are the authorized credit card holder. .
Password and security
If you create your account, we will allow you to create your own password. Registration is for one user and is not transferable. You are not permitted to share your registration credentials with anyone else. We may cancel or suspend your access to the subscription if you share your credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you must not disclose to any representative of KOHA. We do not allow the use of official company emails or usernames for individual subscriptions and reserve the right to cancel or suspend access to accounts if they are used.
COMMUNICATION
Upon account creation or prepayment, KOHA reserves the right to send electronic messages to inform you of new content as well as changes to terms of use. KOHA may also contact you by email to invite you to participate in surveys asking you to provide feedback on our products and services. This information will be used to improve services and products and any information collected in this form will not be shared with third parties, except in cumulative form. Subscribers have the ability to manage their email preferences.
Prepayment and renewal terms
When you subscribe, you agree to pay the amount specified for the package as well as the amount specified for the subscription renewal. If we fail to charge your credit card or other form of payment, your subscription will be automatically terminated. We reserve the right to increase subscription prices at any time. We will provide you with information about any price change at least 30 days in advance, and the price increase will not be applied to the current subscription. This will give you the opportunity to cancel your subscription, as described below, before the price change takes effect.
Monthly payment
Your monthly subscription will automatically renew each month, starting on the first day of your subscription, if you have turned on automatic renewal. To avoid a charge on your credit card, you should stop prepayment or turn off auto-renew before the term expires. That all payments or withdrawals from your account made for renewal are non-refundable. You can transfer the prepayment balance to "my account".
Annual prepayment
Your annual prepayment will be renewed at the end of the prepayment year, which is calculated from the day you started the prepayment. You must cancel your prepayment, or turn off auto-renew before this period expires, to prevent your card from being charged. All renewal payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. You will be able to check the status of your prepayment in "my account".
Promotional codes
If you use a promotional code to subscribe to a discounted subscription, the discount is only valid for the first subscription period and does not apply to renewals. All renewals will be priced at the price offered at the time of subscription. Only one promotional code may be used per account for any duration. Once the discount code is used, you will no longer be eligible to receive a new code.
Account Termination
You can delete your account opened on KOHA.net by making a request or writing to [email protected] apo [email protected].
Changes to the Site and Services
We are always making efforts to change and improve our content. We may change or discontinue it with or without notice. We do not guarantee the production of all additional segments offered in our packages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is located at the bottom of this page. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information in connection with your subscription. By accessing our subscription packages, you agree to receive electronic communications from us regarding your use of our content and services, including, but not limited to, announcements related to these Terms or our privacy policy, and pre-renewal notices.
Intellectual property
TIME's productions and content may not be modified, reproduced, republished, retransmitted or otherwise displayed except for your personal use. Any use for commercial or public purposes requires specific written permission from KOHA. Receiving any content produced by KOHA where it is clearly stated that all rights are reserved is in violation of Law no. 04/L-065 on Copyright and Related Rights and Law no. 05/L -047 on Amendment and Supplement to Law no. 04/L-065 on Copyright and Related Rights.
Changes to these terms
We may change the terms set out above from time to time. If this happens, we will inform you by placing the new conditions on our website. The changes will enter into force on the day when the changes are made public. By continuing to use our site or continue to receive our services, you agree to the new terms.
