Në Gjykatën e Apelit po shqyrtohen ankesat e Prokurorisë dhe të mbrojtjes lidhur me dënimin e ish-zyrtares së OSBE-së, Jelena Gjukanoviq, e dënuar për spiunazh.
Gjykata Themelore i pati listuar rastet kur Gjukanoviq, si punonjëse e OSBE-së në Kosovë ka raportuar për shërbimin sekret serb, BIA. Në aktgjykimin e plotë të Gjykatës Themelore, me të cilin Gjukanoviq është dënuar me 6 vjet burgim për veprën penale “Spiunazh”, e të cilin e ka siguruar KOHA, tregohet se ajo ka paraqitur edhe “shqetësimet” që OSBE-ja në Mitrovicë i ka paraqitur për kryetarin e zgjedhur të Mitrovicës së Veriut, Dragisha Milloviq. Ato ia kishte përcjellë agjentit të Shërbimit Sekret Serb, Aleksandër Vllajiq, po ashtu i dënuar në Kosovë për spiunazh.
According to the Court's findings, Djukanovic had also informed Vllajic about Adriana Hodzic, who he had said was unhappy with the lack of power.
The Court found that the information that the defendant Djukanović collected "in detail" and "with dedication" was conveyed in real time to the defendant Vllajić.
According to the document, she had sent Vllajić information about both the police and Islamic organizations in several municipalities.
According to the Foundation, the evidence administered in the trial proves beyond any doubt that the accused had taken actions towards committing the criminal offense, so that from 2018 until June 26, 2024, when Vllajić was arrested, the accused, being also in the capacity of a local official of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, at the Regional Office in Mitrovica, intentionally sent various information to the convicted espionage Vllajić, and acted according to his instructions, in order for this information to be sent to the BIA.
