Unlike leaders of parties represented by Albanians, those of the communities have expressed their expectation of an invitation from Kurti to hold consultations on the formation of institutions. The current partners of Vetëvendosje said they will also offer support for the election of the president.
Community representatives have said that they have not yet met with the leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, who is expected to lead the government in the next mandate.
Kurti has expressed his position not to accept the Serbian List, which has the support of official Belgrade, into the government. He is expected to have in his cabinet the acting minister for communities and returns, Nenad Rašić, who has won a mandate as an MP with the party "For Freedom, Justice and Survival".
He expressed the expectation that the governing coalition meeting will take place after Thursday, when the constitutive session of the 11th legislature is held.
"We have not met, but I believe we will meet these days. As you know, for tomorrow I believe we will only have the part of the constitution of the assembly, we will not enter into other agreements. I expect that after tomorrow we will meet at some point and talk about a commitment for the new government, whenever such a thing becomes possible. As far as I know, the government will not be voted on," said Rashiqi.
The elected MP of the United Roma Party, Albert Kinolli, also expressed his willingness to meet with Kurti. Unlike Rashiqi, he said he expects the meeting to take place before Thursday's session.
"We believe that in principle we will reach an agreement and move on. The condition is not interesting to us, but it is very significant that we form the institutions of Kosovo as soon as possible. However, we are ready to vote for the president," said Kinolli.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Bosniak party VAKAT, Rasim Demiri, who is also the acting Minister of Regional Development, expressed his expectation that the meeting will take place on Thursday.
"We are in contact with the prime minister and I believe we will meet him, as was the experience before. I believe that by tomorrow we will have a meeting with Kurti," Demiri emphasized.
Of the 120 members of the Assembly, 20 belong to the communities. Based on the Constitution, the government must include at least one minister from the Serb community and one from other communities.
