With 62 votes in favor and eight against (from the Serbian List), the Kurti 4 Government was voted in at an extraordinary session called by the Kosovo Assembly.
After the Government vote, the government cabinet was sworn in.
After the session held on Sunday morning, where the Speaker of the Assembly Albulena Haxhiu declared the Assembly constituted without the Deputy Speaker of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Vetëvendosje Movement sent the name of Albin Kurti to her office as the Government's mandate holder. Haxhiu then mandated Kurti and the session was called.
MPs from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Alliance and the Democratic League of Kosovo were not present at the session where the Government was voted on. MPs from the VV, the Serbian List and some of the communities were present.
After Kurti's speech, where he presented the composition of the Government and plans for the next 4 years, it was put to the vote, receiving the necessary votes.
