The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, met with the Secretary of State of the Vatican, Cardinal Pietro Parolin.
He said that Parolin's visit is a proof of the common commitment to the advancement of bilateral relations with the Vatican State.
"Kosovo and its people, over the centuries, have witnessed western values and today we are committed as a state to maintaining peace, stability and religious freedom in the country. I also expressed this commitment to Secretary Parolin, expressing our commitment to the advancement of this partnership and at the same time seeking recognition from the Holy See", wrote Haradinaj on Facebook.
