Manchester United has not given up on the transfer of striker Antoine Griezmann. "Sky Sports" reports on Tuesday that the English team is aiming to transfer Griezmann at the end of this season, as the Frenchman is seen as a suitable reinforcement for the next edition.
Griezmann has a contract with Atletico Madrid until 2026, while his card is valued at 30 million euros. The 31-year-old has scored seven goals and provided nine assists in 27 appearances for Atletico in all competitions this season.
He returned to Atletico in the summer of 2021 from Barcelona, a team for which he played for two seasons. Griezmann has also made a career in Spain with the Real Sociedad team.
