Harry Maguire will remain part of Manchester United at least until the end of this season.
The English club have denied reports that defender Maguire will join Aston Villa this month, the Daily Mail reported on Monday. Maguire is United's captain and has not been put up for sale by the club this month, despite the fact that he has lost his starting place in the team this season.
At United, they count on the 29-year-old, who has a contract with the club until 2025, with the option of renewal for another year.
This season, Maguire has a total of 13 appearances for United in all competitions, while in the championship he has played only seven games. He has been part of United since 2019 when he joined from Leicester City.
