Meridian Express and SPAR Kosovo present RISE – Retail Institute for Skills and Excellence, an ambitious initiative that aims to transform the way professional skills are developed and young talents are prepared for the labor market in Kosovo.
Built on the many years of experience of two of the country's well-known retail sector networks and supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, RISE brings a new concept of vocational education, where learning is not limited to theory, but is combined with real work experience, mentoring and the development of practical skills.
Në një kohë kur tregu i punës po kërkon gjithnjë e më shumë profesionistë të përgatitur, RISE synon të krijojë një lidhje të drejtpërdrejtë ndërmjet edukimit dhe nevojave reale të industrisë. The program is open to all people over 18 years of age, including women aged 40+, who wish to enter the labor market and update their skills.
