Qeveria e Kosovës ka mbajtur mbrëmë mbledhjen e dytë elektronike, në të cilën ka miratuar një sërë projektligjesh, përfshirë ato për Byronë Shtetërore për Verifikimin dhe Konfiskimin e Pasurisë së Pajustifikueshme, sistemin e drejtësisë dhe sektorin e energjisë.
Në mesin e projektligjeve të miratuara janë edhe Projektligji për Rekrutimin, Vlerësimin e Performancës, Kontrollin e Integritetit dhe Statusin e Gjyqtarëve dhe Prokurorëve, Projektligji për Përgjegjësinë Disiplinore të Gjyqtarëve dhe Prokurorëve, si dhe projektligjet për ndryshimin dhe plotësimin e ligjeve për Këshillin Gjyqësor dhe Këshillin Prokurorial të Kosovës.
Qeveria ka miratuar edhe Projektligjin për Akademinë e Drejtësisë, ndërsa në fushën e energjisë ka miratuar Projektligjin për Energjinë dhe Projektligjin për Energjinë Elektrike.
Po ashtu, është miratuar Projektligji për Ratifikimin e Marrëveshjes së Kredisë ndërmjet Republikës së Kosovës dhe Agjencisë Franceze për Zhvillim për Projektin e Lojërave Mesdhetare XXI në Kosovë, si dhe Projektligji për Inovacion dhe Ndërmarrësi.
Në mbledhje është miratuar edhe Projektligji për Pagesat e Vonuara në Transaksionet Tregtare, i cili synon parandalimin e vonesave në pagesa dhe përcaktimin e rregullave për afatet dhe kamatëvonesat në transaksionet ndërmjet bizneseve dhe autoriteteve publike.
Qeveria ka miratuar edhe vendimet për t’ia propozuar Kuvendit kandidatët për kryesues dhe dy anëtarë të Bordit të Zyrës së Rregullatorit për Energji.
Ndër vendimet e tjera janë edhe disa kontrata qiraje për parcela në komunat e Kaçanikut, Gllogocit, Rahovecit, Suharekës dhe Shtimes, kryesisht për nxjerrjen, përpunimin dhe shfrytëzimin e gurit gëlqeror dhe materialeve të tjera.
Në mbledhjen e dytë është miratuar edhe Deklarata e Prioriteteve Afatmesme të Qeverisë 2027–2029, e cila përcakton kornizën e politikave për përgatitjen e Kornizës Afatmesme të Shpenzimeve dhe buxhetit vjetor.
Po ashtu, Qeveria ka vendosur t’ia zgjasë për tre muaj mandatin Komisionit për Verifikimin e Diplomave të Lëshuara nga Universiteti i Mitrovicës së Veriut, si dhe ka miratuar Listën e anëtarëve potencialë të Komisionit të Pranimit për kategoritë e ulëta dhe të mesme drejtuese.
Në fund, është miratuar edhe vendimi për pezullimin nga marrëdhënia e punës të një nëpunësi civil të kategorisë së lartë drejtuese.

- The Draft Law on the State Bureau for Verification and Confiscation of Unjustified Assets was approved, the purpose of which is to establish, organize and determine the competencies of the State Bureau for Verification of Unjustified Assets, as well as to determine the procedure for the verification and confiscation of unjustified assets.
- Miratuar Projektligjin për Rekrutimin, Vlerësimin e Performancës, Kontrollin e Integritetit dhe Statusin e Gjyqtarëve dhe Prokurorëve, përmes të cilit përcaktohen rregullat e rekrutimit, vlerësimit të performancës, kontrollit të integritetit, statusit dhe çështje tjera lidhur me gjyqtarët dhe prokurorët në Republikën e Kosovës.
- The Draft Law on Disciplinary Liability of Judges and Prosecutors was approved, which aims to regulate the system of disciplinary liability of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Kosovo, by determining the principles, procedures, competent bodies and disciplinary measures that are applied in the event of specified violations of obligations as judges, respectively prosecutors.
- Approved the Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing Law No. 06/L-055 on the Kosovo Judicial Council.
- Approved the Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing Law No. 06/L-056 on the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, amended and supplemented by Law No. 08/L-249.
- The Draft Law on the Academy of Justice was approved, the purpose of which is to ensure the professional and qualitative, continuous and standardized development of judges, prosecutors and other professionals related to the justice system.
- The Draft Law on Energy was approved, through which the general principles and rules governing activities in the energy sector in the Republic of Kosovo are determined, to ensure secure, sustainable and quality energy supply, to enable active participation in regional and pan-European energy markets and to create conditions for an open, transparent and competitive market, which offers affordable market-based energy prices, consumer protection and empowerment, including the protection of vulnerable consumers, the integration of energy from renewable sources, as well as the improvement and protection of the environment and climate.
- The Draft Law on Electricity was approved, the purpose of which is to define rules and measures for the electricity sector, to guarantee a secure, sustainable and quality supply of electricity at affordable and transparent prices for end consumers, while simultaneously addressing the country's climate goals.
- Approved the Draft Law on the Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the French Development Agency for the XXI Mediterranean Games Project in Kosovo.
- The Draft Law on Innovation and Entrepreneurship was approved, the purpose of which is to determine the principles, rules, organization and institutional mechanisms for supporting, promoting and encouraging innovative and entrepreneurial activities, with the aim of accelerating sustainable economic, social and environmental development in the Republic of Kosovo.
- Miratuar Projektligjin për Pagesat e Vonuara në Transaksionet Tregtare. Qëllimi i këtij projektligji është parandalimi i vonesave të pagesave në transaksionet tregtare, si dhe përcaktimi i rregullave për afatet dhe mënyrën e llogaritjes së kamatë-vonesave, në rastet e furnizimit me mallra dhe shërbime ndërmjet shoqërive tregtare si dhe ndërmjet shoqërive tregtare dhe autoriteteve publike, në mënyrë që të sigurohet funksionimi i duhur i tregut, duke nxitur aftësinë konkurruese të shoqërive tregtare.
- Approved the decision to propose to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo the candidates for Chair of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office.
- Approved the decision to propose to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo candidates for the positions of two (2) members of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office.
- Approved the decision to lease part of the plot with an area of 6078.21 m², Semajë Cadastral Zone, Kaçanik Municipality, according to the Request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for a period until 23.12.2026 for the extraction and use of limestone.
- Approved the decision to lease parts of the plots, Vasilevë Cadastral Zone and Korrotica e Epërme Cadastral Zone, Gllogoc Municipality, with an area of 24923 m², according to the Request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for a period until 10.09.2029 for the extraction and processing of limestone and the installation of the mechanism.
- Approved the decision to lease part of the plot, Cadastral Zone Rahovec, Municipality Rahovec, with an area of 47231 m², according to the Request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for a period until 19.05.2039 for the extraction of limestone.
- Miratuar vendimin për qiradhënie për pjesë të parcelës, Zona Kadastrale Samadrexhë, Komuna Suharekë, me sipërfaqe prej 24997 m², sipas Kërkesës nga Ministria e Bujqësisë, Pylltarisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural, në kohëzgjatje deri me datë 09.01.2031 me qëllim të nxjerrjes dhe përpunimit të gurit gëlqeror.
- Approved the decision to lease part of the plot, Samadrexha Cadastral Zone, Suhareka Municipality, with an area of 7289 m², according to the Request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for a period until 10.02.2029 for the purpose of installing limestone separation mechanization.
- Approved the decision to lease part of the plot, Cadastral Zone Zatriq, Municipality of Rahovec, with an area of 49999 m², according to the Request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for a period until 23.10.2040, for the purpose of using decorative stone.
- Miratuar vendimin për qiradhënie për pjesë të parcelave, Zona Kadastrale Raçak, Komuna Shtime, me sipërfaqe prej 19998 m², sipas Kërkesës nga Ministria e Bujqësisë, Pylltarisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural, në kohëzgjatje deri më 26.08.2028 për vendosjen e mekanizmit për seperim dhe deponim të materialit të ngurtë.
- Approved the decision to lease parts of the plots, Cadastral Zone Raçak, Municipality of Shtime, with an area of 3348 m², according to the Request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for a period until 26.09.2027 for stone separation.
- Approved the decision to lease parts of the plots, Strazhë Cadastral Zone, Kaçanik Municipality, with an area of 29287 m², according to the Request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development for a period until 30.04.2028, for the purpose of extracting and utilizing limestone.
- Approved the Declaration of Medium-Term Priorities of the Government 2027-2029, which sets out the policy framework for the preparation of the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework and the annual budget drafted by the Ministry of Finance.
- Approved the decision to supplement and amend the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo dated 19.03.2026, so that the mandate of the Commission for Verification of Diplomas Issued by the University of North Mitrovica is extended for another 3 months.
- Approved the decision on the List of potential members of the Admissions Committee for the Lower and Middle Management Categories.
- Approved the decision to suspend the employment relationship of a senior management civil servant.
