Drejtori i Institutit Kosovar për Hulumtim dhe Zhvillim të Politikave (KIPRED), Lulzim Peci, ka thënë se raporti i sivjetmë i Komisionit Evropian (KE) për Kosovën, është raport i regresit.
He said that Kosovo has regressed in many areas.
He mentioned here the field of democracy, saying that according to the report, Kosovo has regressed as a result of the lack of institutions over the past year.
Peci said that this report evaluates Kosovo and that the EU does not look too closely at who is at fault.
"This report is a report of regression as far as Kosovo is concerned, if we look at it by chapters, in 10 chapters there is no progress at all or there is regression, in 14 there is limited progress, which means very little, in 6 chapters there is some progress and good progress is only in chapter 4, which has to do with the free movement of capital, while the agreement of Kosovo's foreign policy with that of the EU also has a positive assessment, but it does not have a specific grade," Peci said on the "60 Minutes" show on KTV.
He also said that the report shows regression in the field of the judiciary.

"It is considered that there is a lack of progress and intensification of inappropriate influences on the part of the Government and politics, there is also a regression in combating high-level corruption, which is very problematic for our country. The amendments to the Law on Specialized Chambers are also considered a regression, but it is highlighted that the president has reversed the Law," Peci said.
He said that only Serbia has regressed more than Kosovo among the countries in the region, while Albania and Montenegro, according to him, have marked great progress and reforms.
