The joint-stock company "Trepça" has launched an action to vacate its properties in North Mitrovica, including the demolition of buildings and garages built without permits.
According to the company's announcement on Facebook on Wednesday, this action comes after the deadline given on February 13 expired and the users of these spaces failed to heed the warnings.
The company has announced that over 20 garages and buildings built along the road have been identified in this area, which are considered illegal encroachments on the company's property.
Prior to the intervention, the parties were given a 48-hour deadline to voluntarily vacate the space, as well as the opportunity to submit documentation or possible agreements for review.
"The action to release the property is being carried out with institutional support and, according to the announcement, will continue until the full return of this property under the management of Trepça Sh.A," the announcement states.
