The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has congratulated Kosovo on visa liberalization.
He wrote in a Facebook status that this is a well-deserved but overdue achievement.
"Congratulations to the citizens of Kosovo, who from today travel visa-free to Europe! This is a well-deserved but overdue achievement. I hope that this step will speed up the whole process of Kosovo's membership in the EU and other international organizations", he wrote.
