The Association of Journalists of Kosovo has condemned the language of the member of the Board of the Procurement Review Body, Kimete Gashi, towards the journalist of the KOHA Group, Saranda Ramaj, during the reporting to the Budget Committee of the Assembly of Kosovo.
According to the video from the Commission, the PRB Board member referred to Ramaj when she said that "she is just a vocal and extremely misinforming journalist".

"I asked the members of the board and we are discussing whether a case has been initiated against this journalist?" Did the Commission (of the Assembly) inform us", Gashi is quoted as saying, according to AGK.
She referred to the reports of Ramaj and KOĖHA on the contracting of medicines without the quality certificate.
The Association of Journalists has assessed Gashi's insults to Ramaj as scandalous and unacceptable, "including the call for measures because of her work, which are unimaginable in the democratic system of the country".
