Manchester City could have transferred Neymar in the last moments of the summer transfer window, but the English team has rejected such an opportunity.
"Marca" reported on Friday that Paris Saint-Germain had offered City the Brazilian attacker, who is said to have been disliked by coach Pep Guardiola.
