The Kosovo police have started investigations into the death of two people in the last 24 hours, one in Ferizaj, the other in North Mitrovica.
According to the announcement, a person whose condition worsened at the workplace was sent to the Ferizaj Emergency Center without signs of life. According to the doctors, the death is natural, but the Police announced that the case was initiated as "suspicious death".
The dead body was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) for autopsy.
Meanwhile, "suspicious death" was also initiated in Mitrovica, after a person suspected of having health problems was found without signs of life in his apartment.
Police units went to the scene, while the medical team confirmed the death of the victim.
"Police units and firefighters have gone to the scene, while the medical team has determined the death of the victim. By order of the prosecutor, the dead body of the victim was sent to the IML for an autopsy. The case is being investigated", the announcement states.
