Footballer with roots from Kosovo, Arijon Ibrahimović, will be part of Bayern's first team in the new competition season.
The German giants announced this on Tuesday. The 20-year-old Ibrahimovic was on loan from Bayern to Heidenheim and is now ready to fight for a starting place for the German champions.
The attacking midfielder will be integrated into Vincent Kompany's team for the next season.
Ibrahimovic has been at Bayern since 2018, and has signed a contract valid until 2028. In addition to Heidenheim, Arijoni has also gained experience at Frosinone and Lazio in Italy. At Bayern, he will wear the number 22 shirt.
"Arijo joined Bayern at the age of 12 and has worked his way up through the academy and planned loan spells that have enabled him to gradually rise. He has learned a lot, especially during his successful loan spell at Heidenheim, which has prepared him for Bayern. His development justifies the opportunities we offer talented young players. Now it's not just about learning for him, it's about making his mark at Bayern," said Christoph Freund, Bayern's sporting director.
