Until now, the directorate for Culture and the one for Cadastre are still without a leader.

The dismissed Director of Cadastre, Nora Kelmendi, has said that this Directorate cannot work without a director, adding that the abuses in this department have not stopped.
According to Kelmendi, the Cadastre directorate has turned into a Director like six years ago, where no one gives responsibility to anyone.
She has stated that employees whose jobs have been changed due to misuse and poor performance are returning to their previous positions.
"The Cadastre Directorate does not even have leaders of the sectors, and the task is carried out by two acting officials, who were elected only for three months, as required by the Law, but still continue to work in these positions. The Cadastre Directorate has turned into a directorate like six years ago, where no one gives responsibility to anyone. You can research and you will see that some changes have started to be made in the workplaces of people whose workplaces were changed earlier, due to misuse, or their employment contracts were not extended due to the performance of poorly, but, after my expulsion from the directorate, they have started working in their old places. You yourself can imagine how it works without a director and leaders of sectors, without a master of the house in a directorate where abuses have not stopped", said Kelmendi.
She added that, from November, work reports are not made in this Directorate at all.
