None of the three candidates to be elected to the position of rector at "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja meets the necessary criteria, the Organization for the Improvement of Quality in Education (ORC) has concluded, KTV reports.
Through an announcement, this organization said that the candidates Afrim Selimaj, Fadil Millaku, Armand Krasniqi "in various forms have violated the universal principles of transparency and academic ethics".
"ORCA instructs the responsible bodies not to choose any of the current candidates for the position of rector of the University of Peja", the announcement states.
