The Minister of Justice, Petrit Vasili, has sent a second letter to Ambassadors Lu and Vlahuti regarding the ONM Board, insisting that this board is unconstitutional.
After Vasili's first letter, European Commissioner Hahn also reacted, who replied that the board was in accordance with the Constitution and the Vetting Law. But on February 20, Vasili sent a second letter to the American ambassador and the EU ambassador, explaining that an international agreement is needed in order for the ONM board - which includes Lu and Vlahutin themselves - to respect the legislation Albanian.
Furthermore, Vasili emphasizes that the current role of Prime Minister Rama's general secretary, Engjëll Agaçi, is illegal.
Two days after this letter, Vasili was seen having lunch with ambassadors Lu and Vlahuti in one of the restaurants in Tirana.
