AKR's candidate for mayor of Mitrovica, Agim Bahtiri, tonight held meetings with the residents of the villages of Shala e Bajgora, from whom he received strong support, it was announced through a press release.
He vowed that with his victory, the people of Saljan will be the master of the house in Mitrovica, and not a guest in their house, reports Koha.net.
"During the meetings with the residents of Bajgora and Bare, I received strong support, who expressed their determination to seal our joint victory on November 19. The Shaljans will be masters of the house in Mitrovica, not guests in their house, as they were before my government. "Mitrovica needs peace, economic development and governance with clean hands, but there is no need to be governed by leadership from outside, for corruption and crime," said Bahtiri.
