The counting of votes from the diaspora, conditional votes and those with special needs for the local election runoff was completed at the Counting and Results Center on Saturday.
Since their number was not large, there were no significant changes in the results. In Viti, where the result was closer, Sokol Haliti of the LDK will serve another term as head of the municipality.
In Pristina, Hajrulla Çeku of the Vetevendosje Movement received 82 conditional votes, while Përparim Rama of the Democratic League of Kosovo had 54. In the special needs votes, Rama had 108 votes, while Çeku had 68. From the diaspora, the LVV candidate received 395 votes, while the current mayor of the capital received 168. In total, Rama is first with around three thousand votes.
In South Mitrovica, in the conditional votes, Faton Peci of LVV leads with 70 votes, while Arian Tahiri of the Democratic Party of Kosovo received 39. In the special needs votes, Tahiri has 38, while Peci has 26. From the diaspora, Peci has 298 votes, while Tahiri has 126. There are no changes in Mitrovica either. Peci will lead this
