After counting more than 22 percent of the votes in Pristina, Përparim Rama of the Democratic League of Kosovo and Hajrulla Çeku of the Vetëvendosje Movement appear to be heading towards the second round.
Rama is leading with 34 percent of the vote, while Çeku is one percent behind in second place.
Uran Ismaili of the PDK is third with 27.35 percent.
