Ajet Avdili has been living and working in Switzerland for 37 years and intends to bring this experience to Novo Brdo, if he gains the trust of the citizens.
The AAK candidate, on the show "Elections in Time - Debate for Novo Brdo", said that he has drafted a detailed program with experts in the field.
But the basis of the program, as he said, is the experience and connections he has with Switzerland.
"I come from exile, I spent 37 years in Switzerland. As a first point, I will bring a social culture from there, then a managerial culture, we cannot implement it all in Kosovo, but some of it. I will also bring an intellectual culture. From what I have received from exile, this time I am trying to bring it to Kosovo," said Avdili.
He stopped at the Novo Brdo Castle as one of the biggest attractions for visitors in the entire country.
"We have the case of the Novo Brdo Castle, how to make the castle attractive for visitors both from our country and from abroad. We do it if we draft the project well, if we know how to define it and how to give a solution to that project and to seek donations. The castle will not be built only with funds from the municipality of Novo Brdo, but it will also be built with Government investments and donations. I can do this, I have connections there (Switzerland), with MPs and parties, I have this experience," Avdili declared.
He also spoke about other projects and emphasized that the supervisory body should play a greater role when it comes to project implementation.
