The candidate for Fushë-Kosovo, Rrahim Tërnava, has also sought votes.

And the candidate for Mitrovica, Arian Tahiri, has unveiled his program for culture.
"We will restore urban cultural life through the organization of festivals throughout the year, music, art and literature festivals. We will also do it with support for exhibitions of local artists and young creators, as well as by transforming some public spaces into open stages for cultural activities. VV closes campaign, Kurti gives four "good news"
Some of the candidates of the Vetëvendosje Movement have concluded their election campaign with rallies, accompanied by the party's leader, Albin Kurti.
The candidates pledged that, if they win the mandates, they will fulfill the promises they made, and Kurti presented his commitments for the mandate he intends to serve as prime minister.
The candidate for Podujevo, Shpejtim Bulliqi, asked for votes and listed several commitments.
"Because the Pollata dam must be built, because the plant must be built, because the schools and kindergartens that have been started must be built, because all-day learning will be done, because the city's heating plant will be built, because the green corridors will be built, because Podujeva will become more beautiful, more functional and more developed," said Bulliqi.
Kurti used the rally in Podujeva to present his plans for several categories of society, but which he said would only be realized after the local elections.
"We will increase child allowances. Second, we will have good news for pensioners all over Kosovo. Third, we have good news that we will make public, specifically, after the elections, we will also increase the minimum wage for all private sector workers who work with the minimum wage. And, fourth, we have something new and good for KLA veterans, for whom the employment restriction will be lifted, so the right to work will not be lost if they receive the veteran's pension," Kurti said.
After Podujeva, Kurti accompanied the candidate for mayor of Mitrovica, Faton Peci, to the closing rally.
There, he expressed criticism of the current mayor Bedri Hamza and gave an epithet to the PDK candidate for mayor, Arian Tahiri.
"This other party that has been in power for the past four years is not running for another term. That is why the current president and his party have decided to run with a spare tire, but you don't go to Mitrovica and back to Mitrovica with a spare tire," he said.
Kurti also gave instructions to voters.
"And since the president doesn't want another term, on Sunday, October 12, you have the extraordinary chance to deflate this spare tire, throw it in the trash, and make Fatoni the president," Kurti said.
And Peci gave his pledges for Mitrovica.
"We will restore the old bazaar, behind the municipality we will transform the park as it was before and under it we will place parking lots for vehicles. We will build the new bridge that connects Shipoli with Zhabari, along with Gushavc and Vidimrić," said Peci.

Vetëvendosje ends campaign, Kurti: Pristina needs a mayor like Hajra
The Vetëvendosje Movement held the closing rally of the electoral campaign for the October 12 local elections tonight.
This party has on this occasion presented its vision for a better Pristina led by Hajrulla Çeku.
The mandate holder for the formation of the new government, and also the leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, has said that the capital needs a mayor with vision.
"We need a city that functions, so our Hajra is your Hajra, dear citizens of Pristina. Hajrullah Çeku, who is an outstanding professional, whoever has gone has excelled, and now is the time to make the Minister of Culture the mayor of the capital. And for Pristina to function, a metropolitan area must be created. The neighboring municipalities of Pristina must be connected to the capital, because on all sides, Pristina has bottlenecks that are choking it and the only solution is to understand that the Municipality of Pristina must integrate with the neighboring municipalities and have a metropolitan area, the opportunity and guarantee for this is the same man, the future mayor of the Municipality of Pristina, Hajrulla Çeku...", said Kurti.
Kurti said that Pristina has stagnated during these four years, as according to him, there have been no projects and ideas for development and that the way out of this situation will be achieved through governance with Hajrulla Çeku, for whom he asked for votes from citizens on October 12.
The candidate for mayor from the Vetëvendosje Movement, Hajrulla Çeku, said that citizens are for changes in the capital.
"The budget for Pristina for the next year will be 156 million euros and I will start all the works and projects myself. I will come to the government to ask for support so that we can have cooperation, to end the period of blockades that the current mayor has done, making many projects for the welfare of the citizens of Pristina impossible... I will oppose divisions and injustices. Pristina has a place for everyone, we can all win, because Pristina can be good when we all win. But, recently we have had many insults, I have only one answer for them - only love for them, because they need love and they need a Pristina that functions, because all residents will be treated equally in Pristina that is led by the Vetëvendosje Movement", said Çeku.
He said that during his mandate he will be committed to making Pristina functional as a city where there will be solutions to the problem of drinking water and efficient waste management.
We remind you that in the race for the first mayor of the capital are also Përparim Rama LDK, Uran Ismaili PDK, Bekë Berisha AAK, Besa Shahini PSD.

Kurti in Mitrovica: PDK is racing with a spare tire
The leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, has called the Democratic Party of Kosovo's candidate for mayor of Mitrovica, Arian Tahiri, a "spare tire."
At the closing rally of Vetëvendosje in this municipality, Kurti, while asking for support for Faton Peci, said that Tahiri is a "spare tire" after the current mayor, Bedri Hamza, refused to run for a new mandate.
"This other party that has been in power for the past four years is not running for another mandate... otherwise, they will not go to Mitrovica with a spare tire," Kurti said.
Rama: We will continue to build the capital
The Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, visited the projects implemented on "Nekibe Kelmendi" street and New Prishtina.
Rama, who is running for a second term, emphasized that fantastic work has been done on "Nekibe Kelmendi" street, while a new school is also being built.
"We are here on Nekibe Kelmendi Street where we have done a fantastic job, we have also completed Street A down there, nearby we also have the new school that is being built, while the QMF is already completed and in operation, providing great services to our citizens in the best possible way," Rama said in a video on social networks.
He then continued with plans for New Prishtina.
"Here I am in New Prishtina, imagine we have the Capital Hospital project completed, we have worked on it for 2 years, but because it is the responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, despite the fact that we went to Qatar, and we secured funds of 75 million, the minister has blocked this project, has not given us the project, now we have not started precisely because of this blockade, but we will continue to build the capital in the next four years", Rama said further.
Regarding New Prishtina, Rama announced that a school is being built, a social work center is nearing completion, and new sports fields are also expected to be built.
"In New Prishtina we are completing major projects, such as the school there, the Center for Social Work that is being developed with great intensity and will be completed within six months, we also have the canalization of Hajvalija nearing completion, and on top of that the capital's ring road. You see those parts where we have allocated the plot for new sports fields, which are connected to the other part that we have given to the FFK where numerous matches are held, in Hajvalija we have built the new stadium for New Prishtina. Now the new transportation is in all neighborhoods, and especially here in Hajvalija", said Rama.
Ismaili: It's time for change
The PDK candidate for Pristina, Uran Ismaili, sent a letter to citizens one day before the elections.
In his letter, Ismaili thanks citizens for their support and energy throughout the campaign, recalling meetings in every neighborhood and village of the capital. He emphasizes that despite people's different experiences, everyone shares the same concern for the situation in Pristina and the same desire for change.
“Change is in our hands,” he writes, emphasizing that cooperation and daily work are the only way to make Pristina functional, clean, and safe for everyone.
