LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku has predicted that Sokol Haliti will win Vitia without a runoff in the October 12 elections.
Haliti is the current mayor of Viti and the LDK candidate for mayor of this municipality for the October 12 elections.
Abdixhiku was in Viti on Thursday night to support Haliti.
