(Updated news 20:05) - The Vetëvendosje Movement has once again taken the 52nd seat from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, leaving it with 22 seats in the Assembly.
Currently, 45-74 percent of diaspora votes have been counted.
The Vetëvendosje Movement has 45.52% or 345,220 votes, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, 20.11% or 152,502 votes, the Democratic League of Kosovo 17.12% or 129,863 votes, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo 6.92% or 52,499 votes.

(Updated news) - The Democratic Party of Kosovo has been returned to its 23rd mandate, after 92.58 percent of the votes were counted.
This is because with 92.51 percent of the votes counted, LVV was awarded the 52nd mandate, which it took from PDK.
Mail-in votes are currently being counted.
Currently, LVV has 45.49 percent of the votes or 344.588 votes, PDK 20.12 percent of the votes or 152.451 votes, LDK 17.13 percent or 129.770 votes, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo 6.93 or 52.482 votes.
LVV gains another mandate, PDK suffers again
The Vetëvendosje Movement has secured 52 seats in the Kosovo Assembly after processing over 40 percent of the votes received by mail from the diaspora. At this stage of counting, the party has won over 69 percent of the votes processed.

This is the fourth additional seat that Vetëvendosje has won thanks to votes from the diaspora. Initially, from votes counted within Kosovo, the party had secured 48 parliamentary mandates.
This is the third mandate taken by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, which currently has 22 mandates. A mandate was also taken from the Democratic League of Kosovo, which has 19 seats, and another from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, which has dropped to seven from eight according to previous projections.
According to the overall results so far, Vetëvendosje has 45.48 percent of the vote, remaining the largest political force in the country. The Democratic Party of Kosovo ranks second with 20.11 percent, while the Democratic League of Kosovo is third with 17.14 percent. The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has received just under 7 percent of the vote.
At least 61 votes in the Assembly are needed to form a Government and elect the Speaker of the Assembly. In the previous mandate, Vetëvendosje managed to form a government with the support of MPs from non-majority communities.
Meanwhile, the election of the president requires the participation of at least 80 MPs in the voting process, an issue that was one of the main reasons that led the country to the June 7 elections.

Diaspora votes add third mandate to VV, AAK loses one seat
In the last elections, around 725 thousand citizens within Kosovo voted, while over 100 thousand citizens living abroad exercised their right to vote through diplomatic missions or by mail.
