Letter to the Reader — Why We're Asking for Your Support ContributeOn May 30, the LVV in Vushtrri invited a minor girl to the stage to recite in front of the rally participants.
In response to the complaints, VV said that the minor was not part of the program, but offered herself in the presence of her parent to recite and was allowed to do so. According to VV, this does not constitute "engagement of a person under 15 years of age."
However, the ECAP has found that a child participated in the rally and that this is in violation of the law in force. The ECAP has said that it does not matter whether the child had an invitation or coordination to participate in the activity, but what matters is the fact that the organizer allowed the child to participate in the political activity.
