The Central Election Commission has announced that it has completed the process of evaluating postal voting packages.
According to the CEC, the evaluation process ended on Sunday at 17:00 p.m. During this period, a total of 85,790 packages brought to Kosovo from postal voting were reviewed.

According to CEC data, the main reason for the rejection was the lack of a registration certificate.
"The most common reason why these packages were rejected is because in 2,552 cases the registration receipt, a document with unique data, is missing, which the registered voter receives from the CEC. Also, other, less common reasons are related to cases when more than one ballot or more than one person is included in a package (322), when the voter sent the package from a country other than the one where he was registered to vote (23), when only the registration receipt without a ballot was found in the package (32), when a stamp or postmark was missing (5), as well as when the ballot was printed (1). According to CEC data, envelopes sent incorrectly (46) were also identified," the announcement states.
Meanwhile, the process of counting approved ballots continues at the Counting and Results Center. The CEC announced that this process began on the evening of June 12 and by Sunday at 18:00 p.m., 60 ballot boxes had been counted, in which envelopes with ballots were placed after the verification process was completed.
