The Central Election Commission has announced the final results. CEC members have approved the candidate lists of all parties, except for the Serbian List.
The CEC divided the announcement of the results into three votes, in the first vote it included all parties and in the second they voted only for the announcement of the results for the Serbian List with 3 votes in favor,
This is after Vetëvendosje members declared that they will not vote for the Serbian List. Meanwhile, PDK member Arianit Elshani said that they will abstain for this party.
The Chairman of the CEC, Kreshnik Radoniqi, said that they are not violating the law regarding the announcement of the results before the end of the 48-hour deadline for complaints regarding the administration of the counting procedures at the CNR.
Radoniqi presented the results according to political entities and the number of seats won in the Assembly.
“The results of the parliamentary elections of December 28, 2025, are as follows: Vetëvendosje Movement 51.10%, Democratic Party of Kosovo 20.19%, Democratic League of Kosovo 13.24%, Alliance for the Future of Kosovo 5.50%, Serbian List 4.49%, Social Democratic Initiative 1.59%, Kosova Democratic Turkish Party 0.57%, For Freedom, Justice and Survival 0.51%, Vakat Coalition 0.42%, New Democratic Party 0.41%, New Democratic Initiative of Kosovo 0.21%, Social Democratic Union 0.27%, Egyptian Liberal Party 0.24%, PSA 0.22%, PAI PDAK LPP 0.21%, United Goran Party 0.16%, Progressive Movement of Roma Kosova 0.12%, United Roma Party of Kosovo 0.10%. United Roma Party of Kosovo 0.10%, Albanian Democratic National Front Party 0.10%, Fjala 0.09%, Civic Initiative for Kosovo 0.08%, Kosovski Savez 0.06%, Nexhmedin Sejdillar 0.03%, Kosovar Nevi Romani Party 0.02%”, he said.
"Following are the entities and seats won by the candidates. Then, the Vetëvendosje Movement won 57 seats, PDK won 22 seats, LDK won 15 seats, AAK won 6 seats," he said.
Serbian List complains to CEC for not announcing final results

Igor Simić from the Serbian List has called the Central Election Commission's refusal to announce the final results of this political entity illegal.
He described this refusal as politically motivated. Simić has warned that the Serbian List will appeal this decision.
"We have just been informed by the CEC in Pristina that the members of the CEC have illegally refused to announce the final results when it comes to the votes won by the Serbian List in the extraordinary parliamentary elections held on December 28 of last year. With this, as if this electoral process had already begun and in previous cases, the Albin Kurti regime is trying to make it impossible for Serbs to elect political representatives who will fight for the interests of the Serbian people," Simić said, according to the Serbian-language media outlet "Kossev".
On Saturday, the CEC announced the final results for all other parties, but rejected that of the Serbian List. The CEC divided the announcement of the results into three votes. And in the case of the Serbian List, the announcement did not receive the necessary support.
