Update, 19:18 - On Monday afternoon, the Central Election Commission finished counting more than 27 ballots belonging to postal voting outside Kosovo that were withdrawn before New Year's Eve from two mailboxes, in Bern and Berlin.
But, according to the CEC, these will not be the last ballots from outside Kosovo to be counted. Other ballots belonging to the postal vote were withdrawn by the CEC on January 2 and 5.
"On January 2, 8,180 more packages with ballots were withdrawn from mailboxes in Prague, London, Paris, Zagreb, Stockholm, Istanbul, New York, Canberra and Copenhagen, which were brought to Kosovo today. Also, today, January 5, the withdrawal of packages with 11,867 packages with ballots was concluded from 13 mailboxes in: Tirana, Berlin, Vienna, Bern, Brussels, The Hague, Podgorica, Oslo, Skopje, Ottawa, Ljubljana, Rome and Pristina. "There are about 20 packages of ballots withdrawn on January 2 and 5 that are expected to be counted soon. However, until their evaluation and verification is completed, the CEC is expected to begin counting ballots for conditional voting and ballots from voting by persons with special needs by 20:00 p.m.," the announcement states.

According to preliminary data, out of 57 conditional polling stations, in 38 municipalities of the country, in general, over 9,900 voters registered to vote conditionally have been identified in the system, while the number of voters registered in the voting program for people with special needs was 2,860.
The Vetevendosje Movement received 72.20 percent of them or 19.344 votes.
The Democratic League of Kosovo received 10.15 percent or 2.720 votes, while the Democratic Party of Kosovo received 9.56 percent or 2.560 votes.
The Central Election Commission announced during the day that today the counting of conditional votes and those of people with special needs will begin.
Meanwhile, about 20 thousand packages of ballots have been withdrawn from mailboxes outside Kosovo and are expected to arrive at the Counting and Results Center in the coming days. These ballots belong to the postal vote and are the last. The Central Election Commission has also expressed the expectation that the counting of all votes will be completed this week.

Update, 12:49 - The Counting and Results Center has counted 80.43 percent of the postal votes for the December 28 snap elections. The Vetëvendosje Movement leads in these votes with 71.29 percent, followed by the LDK with 10.66 percent and the PDK with 9.04 percent.
And in the summarized results, which include all votes, when 95.98 percent of polling stations have been counted, Vetëvendosje leads with a record of 50.52 percent, followed by PDK with 20.48 percent and LDK with 13.37 percent.
Vetëvendosje has also set a record for the number of total votes collected. It currently has around 463 thousand. And the leader of Vetëvendosje, Albin Kurti, has also set a record as the most voted for. He has around 382 thousand votes. The second on the Vetëvendosje list, Glauk Konjufca, has around 300 thousand votes.
In the top 10 most voted candidates, nine are from the Vetëvendosje Movement. Also in the top 10 is the leader of the PDK, Bedri Hamza, who received around 158 thousand votes.
About 74 percent of postal votes counted, Vetëvendosje leads convincingly
The Counting and Results Center counted 73.91 percent of the postal votes for the December 28 snap elections. The Vetëvendosje Movement received the majority of these votes.
It has currently received 72.39 percent of the votes, LDK is second with 10.57 percent and PDK third with 8.24 percent.
Meanwhile, in the results summarized on the Central Election Commission's website, which includes all votes, Vetëvendosje leads with 50.50 percent after nearly 96 percent of the votes have been counted. PDK is second with 20.49 percent and LDK with 13.37 percent.

Vetëvendosje has set a record both in terms of vote share and number of votes, currently at around 462. Vetëvendosje's leader, Albin Kurti, has also set a record with over 380 votes.
Based on the results so far, the Vetëvendosje Movement is expected to have 57 deputies in the Assembly.
