PZAP rejects VV's complaint about the counting of the last 392 packages with diaspora ballots

The Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions has rejected the complaint of the Vetëvendosje Movement to count the 392 packages of ballots sent by mail from the diaspora, which reached the CEC on November 12.

The PZAP, in the session held today, reviewed a total of 14 complaints, of which one was submitted on 22.11.2019 by the political entity Lévizja Vetëvendosje, with which it requested that the Central Election Commission be ordered to carry out the verification and the counting of 392 packages with ballots delivered by mail from voters outside Kosovo and 13 complaints which are related to claims regarding the administration and recounting of Polling Stations at the Counting and Results Center - QNR.

Of these 13 complaints, the PZAP says that 3 were submitted by VV and 10 complaints were submitted by the AKR-PD Initiative Coalition.

"The complaint submitted by the Vetëvendosje Movement: No. 507/2019 dated 22.11.2019 is dismissed as inadmissible. While the complaints related to the administration and recounting of the Polling Stations at the Counting and Results Center - QNR were decided as follows: 5 complaints were accepted as well-founded, 1 complaint was accepted as partially well-founded, 6 complaints were rejected as unfounded and 1 complaint was rejected as unfounded. ", PZAP announced.

The announcement states that there are currently no unresolved complaints in PZAP, which means that this institution has reviewed and decided within the legal deadline all complaints received up to the moment when this communiqué was issued.
