Taking the actions that I am suggesting would restore the lost confidence in the Prosecutor's Office and in you personally as the Chief Prosecutor.

The prosecutor's office headed by you is not interested in investigating the crime that I denounced a year ago in my open letter addressed to you and published under the title "Letter without an envelope".

I was convinced of this after testifying before the prosecutor of the Special Court last week, during which I realized that this prosecutor has chosen to deal, not with the crime in its entirety, but only with a link of it.

This is how all your predecessors have acted, who dealt with only one link of this crime, with the aim that even for that link, the perpetrators involved will be found innocent, just as they were found out.

During the testimony I was convinced that the same recipe, already proven by your ancestors, is being applied to exonerate another group of criminals and leave everyone else alone. Moreover, during last week's testimony, I found that the Prosecutor's Office has gone even further than your predecessors. It not only aims to amnesty a group of criminals of another link, but it aims at the amnesty of all the wrongdoers of the previous links of this crime on the grounds that we have "a powerful court decision on this case" and that some early links of this crime are prescribed "because of the long time that has passed"!!??.

Mr. Chief Prosecutor, it has been almost 11 years since his public appearance on March 30, 2007, that I have been presenting this crime officially to the competent authorities and publicly whenever I have the opportunity. No one has done anything even though it was quite easy to prevent. I presented it to you a year ago, but only now, after a year, the Prosecution saw fit to invite me to say something about this crime, but, as you said, not about the crime as a whole, but only about a small part of it.

From my first report a year ago to you, published in my article "Letter without an envelope", you have all the details of this crime. You have the individuals who started it and who approved it in the successive PTK boards, you know the person by name and surname who signed the license in violation of the law, you know the person who signed the contract, you have the high officials who supported this crime, either by not doing anything to prevent it or by justifying it in the Assembly. You have it all.

In my report are not only the names of the individuals who are behind this crime, but you know them and our entire public knows them. If you don't know them I can give you an idea of ​​who they might be. They are the ones who use the money of this crime to "wet their throats" whenever they need it, buy votes when they need it, buy deputies for sale, buy individuals they need to control everything in this country, etc., etc. The money they have available is a lot. They are more than 30% (in letters: more than thirty percent) of Vala's revenues.

In spite of this, despite the fact that this is a school example of organized crime, one of the easiest to prove, despite the fact that this crime continues before our eyes even as I am writing these lines, the Prosecutor's Office, headed by you, finds an excuse not to investigate the crime as such, but deals with its fragments to amnesty all the individuals involved in this crime - an block. The reasoning that we had "an all-powerful court decision on this case" and that this crime was prescribed does not convince anyone. (How can one prescribe a crime whose consequences are ongoing?). The damage that is being caused to the public interest due to this crime is colossal.

Therefore, I respectfully address you that:

- to immediately and urgently suspend the PTK contract through which public funds are looted in large quantities; AND
