Chinese smiles

The political authorities of the post-war period, with few exceptions, needed an alibi, and not only for themselves involved in the processes, but also to argue the decision-making at the international levels, which was related to the arguments of the political positions for the need to restore regarding the juridical-political status of Kosovo.

The Vienna talks resulted in the comprehensive Ahtisaari Package, as a compromise for the long-awaited independence, but also with the Brussels talks, without a doubt, recognition by Serbia and membership in international organizations, including the UN, was thought of as a solution.

But, all thought only hypothetically, referring to the real political situation! As far as the talks in Vienna and those in Brussels were aimed at dealing with the political reality, in essence they also touched on the subjective aspect, that of the Albanian national consciousness. From the comprehensive proposal of Ahtisaari, we derived the Constitution, which was justified with the European future of the country, creating the new "Kosovars" from the early Albanians. The political system created through the Ahtisaarian constitutional spirit is that we cannot express what we feel and believe, but express what we do not believe, multi-ethnicity! This was served to us with a Chinese smile.

Kosovo taken hostage! Everything has been taken hostage to Kosovo, first of all the national integrity, because 94 percent Albanians cannot decide without 6 percent minority! And this constitutionalist political mentality is Albanian national unconstitutionality. Even, to give meaning to the Albanian time, the French archaeologist, Christophe Goddard, part of the team that discovered Justinian's inscription in the Paleo-Christian Church for the city of Dardan, in the early Ulpiana, in his opinion, emphasized that all of us in Europe we have a Dardan percentage, "we Europeans and today's Albanians, we are a little like you and you are a little like us".

Intimidation and political terror from the Chinese Smile! Meanwhile, the Europeans and the internationals with their Chinese smiles continue the demands for the concretization of Serbia within Kosovo, through the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority ("zajednica"), which represent a mutilation for the Albanian society, as well as for the historical ideal and freedom-loving, but also for the non-Serb minorities, thus giving the Serbian minority epithets of (religious) divinity and (institutional) superiority. Viewed in chronology, the two issues; first, the Serbian Orthodox Church was formalized as a request, during the Vienna talks with the agreement of the Albanian side (unfortunately), which was then written into the comprehensive proposal of Ahtisaari, namely in Annex V on Religious and Cultural Heritage - where it talks about the rights, privileges and immunities of the Serbian Church in Kosovo, which previously was neither in Resolution 1244, nor in the Constitutional Framework for Temporary Self-Government - because it generally referred only to the principles of preserving the cultural, religious and historical heritage; and the second, the Community of municipalities with a Serbian majority ("zajednica") that was formalized as a request, during the Brussels talks with the agreement of the Albanian side (unfortunately), in the April 19, 2013 Document.

For a long time already, the process of talks, in terms of the content of all the topics addressed and left open, have taken on the color of complexity, because Serbia continues to have a territorial claim; does not recognize independence and undermines it whenever and wherever it can; obstructs membership in international organizations through continuous campaigns, as well as claims Orthodox Christian heritage in Kosovo, appropriated only as Serbian! From smiling with a Chinese smile, in times of 'peace' and at the negotiation table, for the epilogue they have the concretization of Serbia in Kosovo.

But how to restore and preserve the Albanian nationality? Rooting the power of the authentic Albanian truth, to keep away the external manipulative forces; nurturing the Albanian national consciousness, which affects the level of awareness and ability of political action for any political situation; cultivating the nationwide power, as an internal force in each part of the policy to preserve the originality and Albanian values; overcoming any fear or political threat, as a motivation to unite in national courage; bringing to everyone's attention the necessity of individual strength for Albanian national reactions; preserving national honesty, as a strong foundation to act politically with integrity; taking collective political responsibility for the circumstances and reality of our national destinies; establishing clear political goals, which precede the desired Albanian national results; not forgetting the historical ideals and values ​​of political resistance of our renaissance; cultivating unity, we guarantee the resistance of our political power; being unified in the Albanian national political positions, we present the power and political skills to respond wisely to any situation; and, realizing the real national power, we act as a regional and European political force. So, each one, separately and all together, offer us the Albanian national smile, because the Republic is not guaranteed, it must be preserved and protected.
