Prosecutor Bashkim Zeqaj, in the show "Tempus" on KTV, said that there is no discriminatory approach towards the LGBTIQ+ community, adding that these cases are treated equally like others.
"I'm sorry, when you talk about the issue of discrimination, which you said that the Police, the Prosecutor's Office and the Court have a discriminatory approach, they first don't want to talk about it because these three axes of the functioning of the justice and security system do not they dare to have such an approach", said Zeqaj, answering Marigona Shabiu.
He said that when talking about discrimination, it should be reported to the Police and the Prosecutor if a prosecutor had a discriminatory approach towards this community.
"With this community and all other communities, we have an equal treatment", added prosecutor Zeqaj.
