Twitch Studio, the software for streaming videos on the popular Twitch service, was introduced in August, but now it's available to everyone, or at least to all computer users.
Developed to make streaming easier for users, especially those who are just getting started with Twitch, the software is very functional, but also beautifully designed, KOHA Ditore writes. It will be most useful for those who want to start streaming but are not sure how to start.
Live streaming is actually technically demanding – it's live video production that requires an understanding of the sometimes complex ecosystem of plugins that make it possible. Like other complex things, it requires a lot of reading and forum research to work out any obstacles that may arise.
Twitch Studio is designed to save you from this. It will automatically detect your camera, microphone, monitor resolution and, through many predefined templates, enable you to make your video look professional, even if you're not sure what you're doing.
