Instagram is preparing a new function for users, which is the possibility of leaving comments in "Story".
Until now, users could only react to Stories through direct messages, but the time has come for changes. The new feature provides a more "visible" way for users to interact with their friends' posts.
Story comments can be turned on and off for each post. When enabled, comments can only be seen by people who follow each other on Instagram.
As with Story photos, comments will disappear after 24 hours. Thumbnails of commenters will appear at the bottom of the Story icon.
The ability to direct messages will continue to be functional.
