Fortnite, one of the world's most popular video games, is available as an iPhone app for the first time in four years.
However, it will only be available in the European Union.
That's because EU laws require Apple to allow other stores on its devices — other parts of the world have no such legislation, the BBC reported.
The game was deleted from the App Store in 2020.
Users will need to install an alternative app store in order to download the game.

One of these alternatives is the Epic Games Store, which is also accessible on Google Android devices for the first time.
Apple said in a statement that EU law "requires us to enable new capabilities for developers in the EU, and we've worked to make it as easy as possible for users while also striving to protect the privacy and security of theirs".
