The players of the video game Roblox complained after they were unable to access the game for 11 hours due to technical problems.
The online platform, which has more than 210 million monthly users, said on Wednesday that it is "actively working to restore service".
"We are aware that some of you are having trouble accessing Roblox. Our team is actively working," Roblox wrote on Twitter, the BBC reports.
Troubled website detection platform Downdetector reported thousands of complaints about Roblox not working within hours on Tuesday.
Roblox is the world's largest online gaming website. The games, in addition to being built by the company's teams, can also be created by the users themselves.
