Vladi is shining in Lugano, he can be invited again from Kosovo

Shkelqim Vladi received a ball inside the Luzern 16-meter area. Pushed the ball forward and scored a goal with a strong shot. Vladi's goal on Sunday was the winning goal for Lugano.

Lugano scored an important victory, 1:0 against Luzern, while for Vlad it was the second goal in a row in the Swiss Superliga. In total, he scored six goals in the Super League, two for the Swiss Cup and two in the Conference League, against Besiktas and Club Brugget.

The 23-year-old attacker intends to score other important goals for the Swiss team.

"I cannot deny that I am satisfied with the performances and the goals I have scored. But I'm not comfortable with just that. I am a striker and the position forces me to score as many goals as possible and do the impossible. This influences me to become a fighter, never giving up", Vladi told KOĖN, on Monday.

Kosovar's goals are bigger.

"If you live a dream, you are never satisfied and my goals are big towards achieving other successes", said Vladi.

Vladi joined Lugano in July last year from Aarau. Earlier, he also made a career with the champion of Switzerland, Young Boys.

Lugano is in fourth place with 40 points. The leader is Young Boys with 51 points.

Vlad admits that the race for the title is difficult. But he expects Lugano to finish among the top Swiss teams.

"I'm never 100% satisfied with myself and I always try to give my best to achieve my goals and those of the club."

Vladi was included in the list of the representative of Kosovo when he was part of Aarau. He was not collected, while he says that he had problems with injuries. He is open to being part of Kosovo.

"Until now, I have not closed the doors to anyone and I have never said no. I was very proud and honored for the mutual interest, but unfortunately at that time when I was invited to Kosovo, I had minor injuries", said Vladi.

Kosovo stands well in the attack phase. There are many players who are in good form at their clubs. The first striker is Vedat Muriqi, but Vladi can be one of the players who can be a competitor for a place in the offensive department. His recent form makes it more likely that he will be invited again.

In February, Kosovo appointed Franco Fodan as a coach, while this month I will play two friendly matches. On March 22, he plays against Armenia in Yerevan, and on March 26 against Hungary in Budapest.
