Midfielder Piotr Zielinski will remain part of Napoli for a long time.
"Calciomercato" has announced on Friday that Zielinski has started negotiations with the leaders of Napoli for the new contract.
With the new contract, the Pole will be part of Napoli until 2026 and will have an annual salary of five million euros.
The 28-year-old's current contract expires in 2024, but his good performances have led the club's bosses to offer him a new contract.
In 18 games in all competitions this season, Zielinski has scored four goals and provided six assists.
He has been part of Napoli since 2016 when he joined from Udinese.
