Manchester United has made an official offer for Denmark striker Rasmus Hojlund.
"Gazzetta dello Sport" wrote on Friday that United have offered Atalanta 40 million euros for the transfer of the attacker this summer.
Hojlund is one of the most wanted players on the market, while the Italian team is asking for at least 50 million euros to release him. The 20-year-old, who is being considered as the next Erling Haaland, has a contract with Atalanta until 2027.
He was transferred to the Italian team before the start of this season from Sturm Graz and has so far scored 14 goals in all competitions, where he has also contributed with 6 assists.
