Manchester United has reached a verbal agreement with coach Erik ten Hag, "The Athletic" reported on Tuesday night.
It is learned that the agreement between the parties will not become official until the end of this month when all the details will be finalized and the documents will be completed. Ten Hag will lead Ajax into the Dutch Cup final against PSV Eindhoven on April 17 before confirming his deal with United.
He has agreed to a four-year contract with United, while the English team will pay around two million euros in compensation to break his contract with Ajax, which expires next year.
