UEFA has officially suspended the proceedings against Milan regarding "Financial Fair Play" until there is a final decision from the CAS.
This means that the Rossoneri will not be excluded from European competitions, and this may also change the final decision, reports Koha.net.
"The suspension of proceedings will be in effect until there is a resolution of the case at CAS," UEFA said in a statement.
Milan has qualified for the Europa League, but if it is excluded then Torino will take its place.
