The first official game of the year in Kosovar football will take place on Saturday.
It is about the first quarter-final match of the Kosovo Cup in football, between Ferizaj and Feronikeli.
This match starts at 13:00, the Football Federation of Kosovo has announced.
The spring edition of Kosovar football opens with the cup matches.
The other three quarter-final matches are played on Sunday. From 13:00 there are Vellaznimi - Drita and Kika - Balkani matches, while at 15:00 the Prishtina - Trepça '89 match starts. The latter is considered the main objective of this round of competitions for the Cup, which offers one of the two tickets for exiting the European Cups, namely in the qualifications for the Europa League.
The competitions in the Kosovo Super League continue on February 16.
