Saul Niguez can stay at Atletico Madrid. According to the Spanish media, the midfielder, despite his desire to leave, has agreed to stay at least this season at the La Liga champion.
Manchester United and Chelsea have expressed interest in Saul, but the high price set by the Spanish club has made a transfer to the Premier League impossible.
For the 26-year-old, the Spanish team is demanding about 70 million euros in compensation.
Saul has a contract with Madrid until 2026.
