Romagnoli can leave Milan

The future of captain Alessio Romagnoli in the Milan team is in doubt. Italian media have reported on Tuesday that the leaders of Milan may put Romagnoli up for sale at the end of this edition after his high demands for the renewal of the contract that expires next year. Romagnoli has informed Milan that in order to renew his contract, he is asking for an annual salary of six million euros, twice as much as his current salary.

So, Milan are ready to release Romagnoli for an offer of over 35 million euros, which money they would invest in the purchase of Fikayo Tomori, whom Milan borrowed from Chelsea in January. The 26-year-old Romagnoli has been part of Milan since 2015 and this season has one goal and one assist in 26 games in all competitions.
