The Roma team has expressed interest in Wolverhampton's Portuguese midfielder Joao Moutinho, Italian media reported on Wednesday.
It is reported that the Portuguese midfielder is ready to join the Italian team to work with coach Jose Mourinho. The 35-year-old can be transferred to Rome for two million euros as the English team will not extend his contract that expires at the end of this season.
Roma is looking for a midfielder and the representative of Portugal is seen as a suitable solution for this department. This season, he has scored one goal in 20 games in the Premier League.
The Portuguese joined Wolverhampton from Monaco in 2018 and has also played for Porto and Sporting.
