Remzi Ejupi leaves Prishtina after almost two decades

Remzi Ejupi is officially no longer in charge of the football club of Pristina. In the extraordinary meeting of the board of Pristina, held on Thursday, Rrahman Haradini was elected the new president of the club and the largest shareholder.

Ejupi was in charge of Pristina for almost two decades. He took over in 2004. During this period, the Prishtina club won the most trophies in Kosovar football. He won five championship titles, six Kosovo Cups and competed in Europe for five years. But in recent years it has not had significant successes and has faced financial problems. 

Even the group of fans, Plisat, who for a long time have demanded the removal of Ejup from the leadership of Pristina.

Ejupi was awarded with gratitude by the board of Pristina.
