France striker Kylian Mbappe will not leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of this season. This is how PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino insisted, reports "Goal" on Thursday. Pochettino has said that the probability is "100 percent" that Mbappe will be part of Paris next season as well.
Mbappe currently has a contract with PSG until the end of this season and despite all the negotiations, the parties have not yet reached an agreement to continue the cooperation. "I'm 100 percent sure of both cases," said Pochettino, confirming his and forward Mbappe's stay at the French club after the end of the current season.
Mbappe, 23 years old, has scored 33 goals and made 22 assists in 42 appearances this season in all competitions.
His name has been linked with a possible move to Real Madrid in the summer as a free agent.
